Receiving data

Select MobileMedia Version:

MobileMedia keeps record of the location of your media and communicates with Exploration Archives to ensure up-to-date records are always available.

Tasks available in the Receiving module:

  • Receiving: Assign a location for new media or move an existing media to a new location.
  • Refile: Place existing items back to their original location.
  • Box QC: Perform QC with boxed items.

You can initiate the Receiving and Refiling tasks directly from MobileMedia. Preliminary setup from Exploration Archives (such as a Data Request or a Remediation Order) is not required.
