it's a place where users can see what data requests have pending tasks are assigned to them. they can see the previous task date, name, and comments for context. if the current task name contains a keyword (set up in the system codes table), then tapping on it will open that module with the data request selected where they complete the task (there's an icon to denote this)
in the opened module, once they process all the media, a Complete Task popup appears where they can add comments and complete the task
