Select Version of EA Desktop:
If you have the correct permissions, you can update the File Location and File Server fields of a selected Contract.

When you use this option it will remove the data of any contract file previously in existence.

When you update the file location, the file will not be able to be previewed.
To update the File location of a contract:

Select a contract in the Contract Properties grid.

You can use one of the following methods to update the file location:

From the Toolbar, select Additional Tools>Update File Location

Right-click on a contract to open the context menu and select Additional Tools>Update File Location

In the Update File Contract Location dialogue, enter the new File Server and File Location fields.

Click OK
